Job Brief : We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Facilities Services team in Pakistan, supporting the C&W-MICROSOFT department. The role involves executing high-quality carpentry work to maintain, repair, and enhance the physical infrastructure of our facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in woodworking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a dynamic environment. This position requires adherence to safety standards and collaboration with other maintenance and construction professionals to ensure the facility operates smoothly and meets company standards.
Responsibilities :
- Perform precise measurements, cutting, shaping, and installation of wood and other materials for facility maintenance and improvement projects.
- Construct, repair, and install doors, windows, frames, partitions, and other wooden structures in accordance with company specifications and safety regulations.
- Inspect and assess existing structures to identify repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute carpentry tasks that minimize disruption to facility operations.
- Maintain and operate carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to execute tasks accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
- Assist in the procurement of carpentry materials and inventory management to support ongoing maintenance activities.
- Provide guidance and support to junior carpentry staff or apprentices as needed.

Qualifications :
