Job Brief : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to join our Facilities Services team in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves managing comprehensive accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, and effective financial control within the DXB-FINANCE-FLC department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support the company’s financial health and operational efficiency in a dynamic facilities services environment.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies, including VAT reporting and filings.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Monitor and report on financial performance metrics, identifying areas for cost control and efficiency improvements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to streamline financial operations and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational initiatives.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Professional accounting certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience within the facilities services or related industry in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple financial tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
