Purpose of the role:



The purpose of the role is to provide assistance with accommodation management tasks, including room allocation, housekeeping coordination, and tenant services. This ensures the comfort, cleanliness, and satisfaction of residents or guests in residential complexes, hotels, or hospitality establishments. The role requires alignment with project requirements while consistently upholding high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

The role includes but is not limited to:


  • Providing support and assistance in accommodation management

  • Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures

  • Responding to guest inquiries and requests

  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in accommodation areas

  • Ensuring availability of amenities and supplies

  • Handling staffs complaints and concerns

  • Following accommodation procedures and guidelines

  • Participating in training programs for skill enhancement

Qualification / Experience


Education


  • High School Diploma or equivalent


Experience


  • 1-2 years


Knowledge & Key Skills


  • Basic understanding of accommodation management principles

  • Staff service skills

  • Communication skills for interacting with staffs and colleagues

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work

  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally

  • Monitor the staff availability in the accommodation

  • Daily Staff Tracker to be update

  • Staff well being management and coordinate with the Hospital for the treatemnt

  • Availability and engage with the staff in emergancy

  • Ability to handle different nationalities staff
