Position Overview
The Senior Manager – Compensation& Benefits leads the design, implementation, and management ofthe organization’s total rewards strategy, including compensation,benefits, and performance management programs. This role partnerswith HR leadership and business units to attract, retain, andmotivate talent while ensuring competitive and compliant rewardstructures.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitive pay structures.
Design, implement, and manage salary administration, bonus, incentive, and recognition programs.
Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with HR and finance to develop budgets and forecast compensation and benefits costs.
Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management and leadership.
Lead compensation-related projects such as job evaluations, pay equity analyses, and benefits renewals.
Partner with HR business partners and leadership to provide expert guidance on reward strategies.
Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and insurance providers.
Drive communication and training initiatives to educate employees on compensation and benefits offerings.
Mentor and develop team members within the compensation and benefits function.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management.
Strong knowledge of compensation design, benefits administration, and relevant labor laws.
Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems.
Proven ability to analyze data and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Excellent project management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA, MS HR, or related) or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP).
Experience in multinational or complex organizational environments.
Knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices.
Familiarity with total rewards strategy and workforce analytics.
Working Conditions

Occasional travel for conferences, vendor meetings, or business units.
