Position Overview
The Administrator – BusinessSupport provides essential administrative and operational support toensure efficient business processes. This role collaborates withmultiple departments to streamline workflows, manage communications,and support day-to-day office functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for business units and management.
Prepare and distribute business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Support project coordination and track progress on deliverables.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally and promptly.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and records with confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and expenses.
Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics support.
Liaise between departments to facilitate communication and information flow.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and organizing training sessions.
Assist with procurement processes and vendor management.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
2+ years of experience in administrative or business support roles.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
