Purpose of the role:

The purpose of the role is to assume leadership responsibility for managing building management systems (BMS), overseeing system operations, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing optimization strategies to enhance building performance and occupant comfort. The role demands consistent adherence to high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Supervise and oversee the operation of Building Management System (BMS)

• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, lighting, and other systems

• Monitor system performance and response

• Analyze data and trends to optimize system efficiency

• Troubleshoot complex system issues and failures

• Coordinate with maintenance technicians for repairs and upgrades

• Maintain accurate records of system activities and alarms

• Train junior operators on BMS operation and procedures

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

• Stay updated on BMS technology and trends

• Aware of basic Trouble shooting in BMS System

• Should know how to extract and read trend analysis
