JobPurpose:
To support the Operations Managerin overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring process efficiency,team productivity, and adherence to company standards and clientexpectations.
KeyResponsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities within the team.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Quality) to resolve operational issues.
Prepare regular reports on team performance and process metrics for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Handle escalations and assist in conflict resolution within the team.
Train and mentor team members to build skills and improve performance.
Qualificationsand Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in an operations or process-driven environment, preferably with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP or workflow tools is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
