Job Brief : As a Driver - Light Vehicle at EFS UAE in the Facilities Services industry based in the United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating light vehicles to transport materials and personnel. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and secure transportation services within the company, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations. This position requires a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in driving light vehicles.
Responsibilities :
- Safely operate light vehicles to transport employees, materials, and equipment to various locations as per assigned schedules.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned vehicle, performing regular checks to identify any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving, prioritizing the safety of passengers and cargo.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper securing of items to prevent damage during transportation.
- Plan efficient routes to reach destinations on time, considering traffic conditions and road closures.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle operations, including mileage, repairs, and fuel consumption.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle issues to the appropriate authorities and supervisors promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or requests professionally and courteously.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle's mechanical and safety systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize transportation efficiency.
- Follow company protocols for vehicle security, including locking and parking procedures when not in use.
- Attend training sessions on safe driving practices and new traffic regulations to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company during transportation activities.

Qualifications :
- Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driver's License.
