Job Brief : As an Assistant - Electrician at EFS UAE in the Facilities Services industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and repair of electrical systems. The role requires a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years of relevant experience, providing a platform for growth and skill development within the United Arab Emirates market.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under the guidance of senior electricians.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Handle basic electrical tasks such as wiring, circuit testing, and equipment installation.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems using appropriate testing devices and techniques.
- Support in the calibration and adjustment of electrical systems to optimize performance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and repairs conducted.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to create a secure work environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks and complete assignments efficiently.
- Assist in conducting electrical assessments and recommending upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly handled, maintained, and stored.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical systems maintenance.
- Provide support during equipment testing and commissioning phases.
